About Matt Snader:
M
att has been an entrepreneur for the last five years.
His first venture was Snader Computer Services, which he started in late 2003.
(he built that up to 5 employees, and sold it in December of 2007 to Landis Computer,
based in Ephrata, PA) In 2004, he started an advertising
website, which was an instant success.
S
oon Matt was too busy with both his online business and computer service business, so he sold the latter to
Brian Witmer in 2005. He currently oversees his online business,
but delegates most of the work to several assistants that help out with it.
Matt has always enjoyed computers and the web, which let him to start LancasterKnifeWorks.com
with Clinton Burkholder (Manager of Good’s Store, East Earl branch) in late 2004.
They realized they were on to something when the 3rd month in business their
monthly online knife sales hit $18,000).
What does Matt do when he is not starting a business or project? He is married
to Marlene, and has two children, Shane (3), and Desiree (1). Some of his Interest
and hobbies are international travel, having visited Vietnam, China, Taiwan,
and Thailand in the last 2 ½ years. He also enjoys hiking, hunting, water and
snow skiing, working on his Mustang GT, and teaching the youth class at Churchtown
Mennonite Church.
Matt has also been a pioneer in the development of
the “Amish computer,” also known as the “Classic Word Processor.” This tool is
widely used by Amish and conservative Mennonites today as a substitute for a
computer. Matt did not accomplish all this work on his own, he is a graduate
of Thomas K. Finn's, of
ActionCoach, aggressive coaching program.
Coach
Finn has been awarded North America Coach of the Year, twice, in 2006 and
2007. He was selected from a field of more than 900 ActionCoach business coaches
located in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Cameron N. Hess’s Biography:
About Cameron N. Hess:
Cameron graduated in 2007 from
Messiah
College with his Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Concentration
in Computers Degree (Computer Engineering). His course work at Messiah included
Microprocessor Applications, Operating Systems and Computer Architecture, System
Internals and Assembly Language, Java Programming I & II, Data Communications
and Networking, Engineering Control Systems, Circuit Analysis, Experimental Methods,
Physics I & II, Differential Equations, Statics, Engineering Senior Project,
Operating Systems & Computer Architecture, and much, much more.
He was an integral member of the
Renewable
Energy Sensor Package for
Renewable Energy Data-Logger
System (RESP.14 for RED14) Senior Engineering Project from 2006 to
2007 which won the "Instrumentation and Measurement" scholarship
from the ISA (Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society) for the project's
outstanding scholastic achievement. Cameron has been working with computers
(including computer repair, networking, and much webdesign) during his college
years and up to this day. He is largely self-taught, however, in many
areas of web design and development, which reflects that he enjoys continuing
learning each day and keeping up with technology.
Interests and hobbies of Cameron's include, but are
certainly not limited to, all aspects of computer hardware, software, and other
technology; graphic design, web design, & art, photo retouching, etc; strategy
games (e.g. chess); complex drawing/sketching/model building. His computer skills
include advanced usage knowledge of Microsoft Windows (98, XP, Vista), Linux,
Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Publisher,
Visio, etc, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Acrobat, Encore, Dreamweaver, Flash, and
more. He is experienced with many programming languages including HTML / XHTML
/ XML / CSS / PHP / Javascript, Flash / Actionscript, Java, Basic Assembly Language,
and some Microsoft Visual C++. He very much enjoys graphic design, especially
for the web, and coding in strict
standards compliance while
utilizing the most cutting-edge technology.
C
ameron has worked closely with Matt
for several years. He has helped Matt create some of his business and has
coded and designed the websites for
Schweb Design
, LLC, including this website. He has been the Webmaster and Web Project
Manager at Snader Web Design for nearly a year. Cameron designs websites
with Snader Web Design for clients that are everything from individuals who
desire personal web pages to extensive, large businesses such as
Pine
Creek Structures.
Cameron has also worked very closely with
Coach
Thom Finn (mentioned above) in many instances and capacities. He collaborates
with Thom on almost a daily basis on webdesign and copy for mutual clients and
has recieved Web Designer Of the Year Award from Coach Thom (well... it wasn't
an official award). Cameron has also done web design and worked closely with
Matt on his successful E-Commerce websites & businesses.
